Email hello@swimpbs.uk. It's a small operation, so a reply may take a few days, but every message is read.

Finding a membership number

Open swimmingresults.org's Individual Best search, search the swimmer's family name, and scroll to them. The number is in brackets after their name, for example "Alex Smith (10000001)". It works for every home nation, with no need to log in to a membership portal.

Fetching and refreshing PBs

Add the number to the swimmer (Settings → Swimmers) and Swim PBs fetches their PBs straight away. After a gala, tap the refresh button at the top of the PBs page. Nothing is saved until you've checked it on the Check & save screen. A new swim can take a few days to appear on swimmingresults.org.

Qualifying meets

Swim PBs works for PBs alone. To see qualifying times, choose a meet in Settings → Qualifying meet. Qualifying times currently cover Scotland's national age group championships, with more national events to follow. Always check the official meet pack before entering; each table in the app links to its source.

The widget

The Remove ads + widget purchase unlocks the PBs widget. Long-press it and choose Edit Widget to show favourites, all PBs or one stroke; the arrows turn the page. To restore a purchase on a new phone, tap Remove ads + widget in Settings, then Restore purchase.
